  وذلك لأولياء الأمور الذين قاموا بملء استمارة التفويض قبل الساعة 12:00 ظهرًا يوم الاثنين الموافق 7/9/2026، على أن يكون التسليم كالتالي:

  - كارنيهات استلام الطالب بواسطة المفوَّض (بمفرده، مع أخيه، أو مع مرافق): يتم استلامها من مكتب أ. هاني عجايبي.
  - كارنيهات الاستلام بواسطة ولي الأمر: يتم استلامها من مكتب شؤون الطلبة.(ناشيونال   فقط) (انترناشيونل اول يوم دراسة لكل مرحلة) 

  يرجى التكرم بمراجعة البريد الإلكتروني المدرسي الخاص بالطالب والمنتهي بـ "@nrcschools.com"، حيث تم إرسال رسائل لبعض أولياء الأمور لطلب تعديل الصور غير المناسبة لإصدار الكارنيه.

  وفي حال استلام رسالة تطلب تعديل الصورة، لن يتم تسليم الكارنيه إلا بعد إجراء التعديل المطلوب.

  أما أولياء الأمور الذين قاموا بإدخال البيانات بعد الساعة 12:00 ظهرًا يوم 7/9/2026، فنظرًا لأن البيانات تم إدخالها بعد الموعد المحدد لهذه الدفعة من الكارنيهات، فلن يتسنى تسليم الكارنيهات الخاصة بهم غدًا، وسيتم الإعلان عن موعد آخر للاستلام لاحقًا.

  يرجى متابعة ايميل الطالب، حيث سيتم إرسال رابط لتعديل الصور في حال كانت الصور المرسلة غير مطابقة للمواصفات المطلوبة.

  - قد يتم إرسال رابط التعديل اكثرمن مرة في حال استمرار عدم وضوح الصور أو عدم مطابقتها للمواصفات.

  *الرابط صالح لمده يومين فقط من تاريخ ارساله، وبعد انتهاء المدة لن يكون الرابط متاحًا للتعديل.

  - يجب طباعة التفويض بعد تعديل الصور.

  شروط الصور المطلوبة

  لن يتم طباعة الكارنيه أو اعتماد التفويض إلا بعد التأكد من أن صور الطالب والأخ والمفوَّض مطابقة للشروط التالية:

  - صورة شخصية حديثة مقاس 4×6.

  - خلفية بيضاء.

  - الوجه في منتصف الصورة وبشكل مستقيم وواضح.

  - أن تكون الصورة عالية الجودة وواضحة، وبنفس جودة صور الاستوديو.

  - يُرجى عدم إرسال صور غير واضحة، أو صور ذات خلفيات ملونة، أو صور لا يظهر فيها الوجه بشكل كامل وواضح.

  يرجى الالتزام بالمواصفات السابقة، حيث لن يتم طباعة الكارنيه إلا بعد اعتماد الصور.
